Emulators - SMS - ROMs

I have had a few requests about Alex Kidd, Wonderboy and other games for the sega Master System. Mainly people saying "I want them on my computer!!!". So here you go.
First what is needed is an emulator, this is a program which is used to create a virtual environment for the sega master system (or any other system, different emulators are used for different machines, and purposes).
I would suggest MEKA (click here to download). It is easy to use, looks nice and is the most stable emulator that I have found for the SMS.
Next, you need to find some games. Generally they are called ROMs so if you want to search for games use phrases like "sega ROMs". here is a list of games you can download from this site. (click here to veiw the list)

Tip: Meka is easy to use, simply unzip the contents into a folder eg. "C:\games\meka" the games can be unzipped anywhere. Run "Meka.exe" go to "Main" then "Load ROM" and to the directory where the ROMs are located, select the game you want to play and load it. Press ESC to get that game in full screen. The buttons used are Ctrl, Alt and the directional keys..
